East Anglian Heritage was commissioned to undertake the writing of a HIA as requested in a pre-application advise from the Local Planning Authority, for submission with an application for a linked annex to a grade II listed building.

Resulting form the pre-application comment form the Local Planning Authority the clients architects instructed East Anglian Heritage to write a supporting HIA for the proposed development.
East Anglian Heritage undertook writing an archaeological Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) of the site outlining the benifits of the project over any potential harm to the heritage assets.
The HIA was submitted by the client architect has part of a Listed building application and a planning application, to which the Heritage Officer noted praised the HIA for it being a considered report. To which the Heritage Officer in regard to the applications noted that they supports both of these applications.
